European industrial property group Prologis has announced the creation of a new business development team in Poland to focus on customer needs relating to four new projects across the country.
In response to the increased demand for build-to-suit (BTS) solutions and pre-leases, Prologis has appointed Ewa Zawadzka to lead a new business development team which will focus on the realisation of new projects in Stryków, Poznañ, Wroc³aw and Chorzów. In a statement, Prologis said it can deliver up to 568,000 m2 of industrial space in the regions while also pursuing new development opportunities.
'The customer-focused team will comprise both commercial and technical experts and will work on the project from conception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered in line with expectations, on time and within budget,' said the project originator, Bartosz Mierzwiak, vice president and market officer for Prologis in Poland.
Zawadzka, a senior leasing manager with Prologis for over five years, will be supported by Kris Pauwels, an international specialist in BTS projects and vice president and account manager at Prologis, as well as Marek Fisher, business development project manager.
