P3 Logistic Parks has appointed Maïté Inglis as operations director for France and the Benelux countries as part of the development team for Western Europe headed by Jean-Luc Saporito.

Inglis joins P3 from Prologis, where she was country manager for France. Prior to this she spent more than 15 years working in industrial real estate at Gazeley, heading its French division for seven years after initially focusing on warehousing development projects for the company. Inglis will be based at P3’s new office in central Paris, at Place de la Madeleine.

Andrew Stacey, P3’s head of asset management and managing director for France, said: ‘Maïté has considerable experience in the logistics market and worked with our CEO Ian Worboys during their time at Gazeley. She has been involved in a huge number of development schemes in France and Belgium. We will be looking to her knowledge and enthusiasm to identify Build-to-Suit projects and land development opportunities in the same regions to support the expansion plans of our clients across Western Europe.’

P3 Logistic Parks is a specialist owner, developer and manager of European logistics properties with 141 warehouses, totalling 2.9 million m2 of space across nine countries, and a land bank with zoning for more than 1,567,000 m2 of potential development.

P3 is owned by TPG Real Estate and Ivanhoé Cambridge.
