Prologis, the international developer and owner of distribution facilities, said it has delivered two new logistics units with a total of 14,000 m2 within the Quiksilver de Rives logistics park near the French city of Grenoble.
Opened in May this year, the logistics park now provides a total of 34,000 m2 of space. Clothing designer and retailer Quicksilver has a nine-year lease contract on the new facility. Located next to the A48 highway, the logistics scheme is part of a pilot project to create the first HQE (High Quality Environmental) certificate for logistics buildings in France.
