Prologis has acquired a 12,700 m2 distribution centre in the southern Dutch city of Waalwijk.
The investment volume was not disclosed.
The multimodal facility is fully leased to Docdata, a full service e-commerce company and repeat customer, which also occupies the adjacent Prologis facility, Waalwijk DC1. As a result of the acquisition, Prologis now owns and operates 41,000 m2 of distribution space in Waalwijk.
Prologis acquired the property on behalf of the Prologis European Property Fund II and was advised by Lexence.
Prologis’ Benelux portfolio totals 1.2 mln m2 in 62 buildings.
