Swedish independent investment manager Profi has sold the Saab office complex in Gothenburg.
The off-market deal is valued at around SEK 840 mln (€95 mln).The buyer is Kallebäck Property Invest, with financing provided by Swedbank.
Built in 2002, Kallebäck 17:2 provides 36,000 m2 of office space and is currently occupied by automotive manufacturer Saab on a long-term lease. The property will be managed by Hestia Group.
The buyer said it plans to finance the purchase with the issue of new shares on the stock exchange. In total, the company plans to raise SEK 365 mln through the issue.
Pareto Securities is advising Kallebäck on the capital raising and acquisition.
