PropertyEU's sister publication PropertyEU reported that the yield for the transactions was just 3%, while the rental income for the properties is said to be lower than the market value. Property adviser HB Kroese Paternotte told PropertyNL that the financial crisis has not had a negative affect on retail investment on Kalverstraat. Yields before and during the crisis have remained steady at around the 3% level.
