A private investor has sold a portfolio of three properties with monument status in the heart of the Dutch city of Utrecht to a monument foundation for an undisclosed amount. The portfolio includes the Huize Pietas building, the Huis Ledenberch and the Hotel Des Pays-Bas. The first two assets are let on a long-term lease to the University of Utrecht, while the Hotel Des Pays-Bas is let to NH Hotels, Luden and Broers. The properties provide a total area of 5,630 m[sup]2[/sup] as well as 31 parking spaces. DTZ Zadelhoff advised the seller, while Van Gool Elburg Vastgoedspecialisten and Metroprop acted for the buyer.
