A private investor has carried out what has been described as one the largest single-asset residential transactions in the Netherlands for several years.

The €50 mln deal involved 336 apartments spread over three towers located at De Boompjes in Rotterdam. Two indoor car parks and 8,900 m2 of commercial space were also included.

Grouwels Vastgoed was the buyer, and the vendor was Dutch residential property company Vesteda.

Vesteda was advised by Capital Value, with De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek providing legal support.
