A private investor has acquired a portfolio of five properties in the Netherlands from Amsterdam-based asset and investment manager White Estate for EUR 33mln. The 33,000 m[sup]2[/sup] portfolio is made up mainly of office buildings in various cities of the Netherlands. Cushman & Wakefield acted for the unnamed buyer, while Jones Lang LaSalle advised White Estate.
