Mengus Stockholm, represented by international real estate advisor Savills, has acquired the office leasehold property Järnplåten 29 from NIAM Fund IV for an undisclosed sum.
The 3,100-m2 property is located in Stockholm CBD at Oxtorgsgränd 2 and is partly vacant. The property was erected in 1971 and was thoroughly refurbished in 2004.
Peter Wiman, head of research for Savills Sweden, comments: 'The transaction is a clear indication that there is a continued strong interest for properties in central Stockholm and that properties with letting potential are of interest, as market rents have increased since the beginning of the year'.
