Principal Real Estate Europe, the European arm of Principal Real Estate Investors, has announced the appointment of Marlène Gaszynski as head of operations and Cécile Terrier as head of institutional sales, both with responsibility for France.
As head of operations, Gaszynski will oversee all financial, risk and administrative matters relating to the French Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM). She joins Principal from French developer and SCPI management company Novaxia group, where she was CFO. Prior to this, she held senior positions at Tikehau Capital and at PWC.
As head of institutional sales in France, Terrier will be based in the Paris office as part of the European institutional sales team for Principal Global Investors. She joins from Keys REIM, where she was head of institutional sales for France. Prior to this, she worked in senior roles at Pictet & Cie Europe and Société Générale.
