Principal Real Estate Europe has appointed Philipp Bach as senior transactions manager for Germany with immediate effect.
In this new role, based in Frankfurt, Bach will be primarily responsible for transactions in the healthcare and social property sector. He reports directly to Ole Sichter, the firm's head of transactions for Germany.
'We are pleased to welcome Philipp Bach, another expert with broad international experience, to our team,' said Paul Muno, managing director of Principal Real Estate.
'He will provide strong support as we build a sustainable portfolio for the Care Invest II fund and forge ahead with our offering in the healthcare and social property sector,' Muno added.
Bach has over sixteen years' professional experience operating on both the investor and consultancy sides of the European real estate industry. Previous collaborations have included roles at Jones Lang LaSalle, SEB Asset Management, Standard Life Investment and CBRE.
