French asset manager Primonial REIM has confirmed two acquisitions involving the offices of car manufacturer PSA Peugeot and publishing Group Hachette for a total of €190 mln.

In the larger of the two deals, Primonial REIM bought a 49,000 m2 office building on the historic site of car manufacturer PSA Peugeot Citroën in Poissy, for €135 mln. The complex, delivered in 2002, includes 1,638 parking spaces, and was sold by KanAm Grund.

Stratégies & Corp and BNP Paribas Real Estate brokered the deal, which was reported by PropertyEU on 4 December.

Separately, Primonial has bought the Garamond office building in the southern Parisian suburb of Malakoff for around €55 mln. The asset was sold by AEW Europe, acting on behalf of an unnamed institutional investor.

The building provides 9,500 m2 of leasable office space as well as 212 parking spots. Delivered in 2011, it boasts a HQE environmental rating and is entirely leased to publishing company Hachette Livre.

Catella Property and Stratégies & Corp. brokered the transaction. Primonial REIM was advised by law firms Wargny-Katz, CGR Legal and Orfeo. The vendor was assisted by Oudot et Associés.
