A fund managed by French asset manager Primonial REIM has acquired the Cap de Seine office complex in Ivry-sur-Seine, near Paris, from US investor Tishman Speyer.

Primonial REIM snaps up Paris office complex

Financial details were not disclosed.

Built in 2005, the complex provides 32,000 m2 of office and services as well as 522 parking spaces. It is entirely leased to a number of tenants with an average remaining lease of six years.

Tishman Speyer bought the building in 2010 from Standard Life.

Catella Property and Strategies & Corp brokered the deal.
