French asset manager Primonial REIM has acquired the Paris Grand Seine offic complex in the 13th district of Paris from listed property firm Eurosic for €196 mln.
Located in the Austerlitz district in the new Paris Rive Gauche district, the complex was delivered in 2005 and provides a total of 22,200 m2 of office space with four retail units on the groundfloor.
The asset is multi let to four tenants, with Natixis occupying the entire office space.
Primonial REIM was advised by law firms Déchin, Fairway and Orfeo. Cheuvreux acted for the vendor.
