French asset manager Primonial REIM has acquired the Aristide office complex in Bagneux, a southern Parisian suburb.

The property was sold by Cogedim Office Partners, a fund managed by Altarea Cogedim. Financial details of the transaction were kept confidential.

The complex provides around 20,000 m2 of office space over eight floors and has a HQE Bâtiments Tertiaires environmental certificate. Designed by architect Paul Chemetov and completed in 2009, the building is 87% leased with major tenants including Air Liquide France Industrie, Sonovision, Solystic and MStar France.

Primonial REIM was advised by law firm Wargny-Katz, CGR Legal and Sefal Property.

CBRE Capital Markets and Stratégies&Corp acted for Altarea Cogedim. Notary firm Théret Leroy Rebérat Brandon advised on the legal side.
