French fund manager Primonial REIM has acquired an office complex in Marseille, Southern France from CBRE Global Investors for €48 mln.

Located in the new Euroméditerranée area of the city, the Europrogramme scheme provides around 15,000 m2 of lettable space as well as 283 underground parking spaces. The asset is let to 16 tenants.

Primonial REIM was advised by law firm CGR Legal and Constructa Asset Management. Allez & Associés and White & Case acted for the vendor.
