French asset manager Primonial REIM has acquired the Universaône office building in Lyon from SCI rue du Carret, represented by businessman Gilbert Giorgi.
Delivered in 2013, the building was designed by architects Aymeric Zublena and provides 12,816 m2 of space with an occupancy rate of 90%.
Financial details were not disclosed.
Primonial said it made the acquisition on behalf of a fund it manages.
Primonial was advised by law firm ADDH, LPA & Associés and GR Projets Immobiliers. JLL and law firm Alcaix & Associés acted for the vendor.
