French asset manager Primonial REIM has purchased a portfolio of Belgian high street retail assets for around €80 mln from an unnamed vendor.
The portfolio consists of 51 assets in 10 Belgian cities, mainly in the Flemish region including Bruges, Antwerp, Ghent, Knokke and Brasschaat.
The operation was carried out on behalf of a vehicle managed by Primonial REIM.
The assets of the portfolio, with a total surface area of approximately 11,000 m2, are leased to a range of brands such as Superdry, Marc O'Polo, Scotch & Soda, Caroll and Calzedonia.
Primonial REIM was advised by notaries De Doncker, law firm NautaDutilh, FI Engineering for technical due diligence and Codabel Management.
