Prime Property Management has announced property economists Sebastian Sinn and Rachel Simon joined the firm as property and asset managers on 1 January 2010.
The appointmentd increase the team of the firmed based in Limburg/Lahn to seven. PPM manages and optimises real estate portfolios on behalf of institutional investors and family offices.
Sinn was previously the Key Account Manager for the housing association Gagfah and Simon recently worked for the facility management supplier Gegenbauer as a property manager.
