Gruppo Lactalis Italia, the Italian arm of the French agri-food multinational, has acquired an office property in Milan for over €25 mln.
The property was divested by the Dinamico property fund, managed by BNP Paribas REIM. Dils advised on the sale.
The asset, which will become the Italian headquarters of Lactalis, occupies a total area of 15,000 m2 and is spread over 9 floors above ground, as well as two underground floors used as parking for a total of approximately 73 parking spaces.
The building is located in the south-west quadrant of the municipality of Milan, in the immediate vicinity of the Romolo station (MM2) and the Circle Line.
The urban area is characterised by the presence of the IULM University and is inserted in a mixed-use context with residential and tertiary buildings. The area is well connected in terms of accessibility.
A range of international groups have moved their offices into this area in recent times. These include cosmetics leader L'Oréal, IT consultancy NTT, and AON, a British multinational operating in the insurance sector. Some €200 mln of deals have taken place in the last five years alone.
The building was the final asset in the Dinamico property fund to be sold. Dils was also involved in the other sales phase which took place in May 2022.
