Prime Development, an international shopping centre developer and centre manager, has opened a new shopping centre in the southeastern Turkish city of Gaziantep.
Gaziantep is about 60 kilometres from the Syrian border and is the largest city in the southeastern Anatolia Region and the seventh-largest Turkish city in terms of population.
Prime Mall Gaziantep was opened on 13 September. The mall was constructed in 15 months and opened 90% prelet. The investment volume amounts to €125 mln.
Prime Development said that the mall is the largest shopping centre in the region with 169 shops, located on four retail levels with a total GLA of 54,100 m2.
