The company plans to develop an average of 250 buildings per year in the area. The first step is an investment of EUR 27 mln in the development of three residential projects in Torrent, Albalat dels Sorells and Canet d'En Berenguer. In 2005, Premier Espana had annual returns of EUR 6.3 mln on a turnover of EUR 56,8 mln last year.
