Italian listed property services firm Prelios has announced the launch of a strategic partnership with US-based brokerage firm iCORE Global as part of its strategy to diversify abroad.

Under the agreement, Prelios Integrated Services will offer iCORE Global services to its corporate clients and gain access to more than 63 countries around the world.

iCORE Global was founded in 1985 and brokered over $47.5 bn of global deals in 2013.

'By signing this agreement we can offer our services to the most important Italian corporation active globally, helping them in managing their real estate needs with a unique provider. We have definitively achieved a strong presence in Central and Eastern Europe, in the USA, South America and Far East,' said Massimo Caputi, deputy chairman of Prelios.

'With this partnership Prelios relaunches the brokerage and agency services, with a specific focus on corporates, thanks to a network already present in 15 European countries,' said Piercarlo Rolando, director of the Integrated Services unit.

The partnership will be operational from November.
