Italian property services group Prelios, which sold its DGAG German residential portfolio to Buwog for €917 mln last year, reported lower losses for the first six months of 2015.
Net losses shrank to €13.1 mln in H1 from €37.6 mln a year ago, reflecting the discontinuation of the DGAG operations, which yielded €3.2 mln, and the positive effect of the revaluation of Fondo Spazio Industriale.
Total operating revenues fell to €33.9 mln from €38.8 mln a year ago. Prelios’ net financial position stood at minus €191.1 mln in H1 compared with €187.6 mln in the year-earlier period, in line with expectations.
