The German property management arm of Italian services firm Prelios has announced the hire of Nils Peters as the new head of its commercial property management division.
Peters previously worked at companies including HGHI Immobilienverwaltung, BNP Paribas and DTZ. At BNP Paribas, he was responsible for establishing and running property management for 13 years.
'In order to meet the increasing demand for commercial property management from investors and owners in Germany, we intend to grow substantially in this area. Nils Peters will provide significant support here with his extensive market knowledge and many years of experience,' said Martin Mörl, managing director of Prelios Immobilien Management.
Prelios Immobilien Management currently manages real estate assets worth €2.2 bn.
