Tecla Fondo Uffici, a closed-end real estate mutual fund managed by Prelios SGR, has sold two properties located at Milan's Giovanni Antonio Plana 38, and L. da Vinci for a total price of €26.5 mln.

The buildings, which are mainly used as technological services facilities, were bought by occupier Telecom Italia.

The property at via Plana 38, located in Milan’s northwest suburbs, provides 13,000 m2 of space.

The complex at L. da Vinci in Cassina de’ Pecchi, located about 20 km northeast of Milan, consists of five buildings with a total gross area of 12,500 m2.
