Italian listed property services firm Prelios has appointed Elena Capra as its new chief financial officer.
Capra has been with Prelios (formerly Pirelli Real Estate) for over 10 years.
Before joining Prelios, she held financial and management controlling positions in a number of other Italian companies including Autogrill and Pirelli.
The announcement of the new CFO comes in tandem with the publication of Prelios' disappointing third-quarter results which unveiled consolidated revenues of €75 mln, versus €96 mln in the same period a year before. Revenues from the management platform - Prelios' core business - came in at €71 mln, down from €91 mln in 2012.
The Milan-based group posted a net loss for the year to date of €44 mln, a strong improvement compared to €171 mln a year earlier.
