UK real estate lending platform Precede Capital has expanded its team with the appointment of Leon Johnson as associate director, credit and Sonali Mullick as senior associate, legal.

Johnson joins from research and advisory firm, Green Street, where he began as a senior associate and was promoted to VP, having previously worked as an analyst at J.P. Morgan Asset Management.

Reporting directly to chief credit officer David Jerrard, he will bolster the expert credit team focused on the residential for sale, BTR, later living and PBSA sectors.

Mullick joins from Reed Smith, where she served as a legal consultant for structured finance.

Her previous work experiences include senior paralegal (debt finance) at Greenberg Traurig, UK development legal advisor at Campus Living Villages and senior paralegal at Hayfin Capital Management.

Supporting Precede’s active corporate and transactional work, she will report to co-founder and general counsel Karen Dunstan.
