Property advisor Savills has confirmed that Pramerica Real Estate Investors is selling the 16,770 m[sup]2[/sup] Tour Vista office building in La Défense in Paris. The move was reported last week by PropertyEU.

Property advisor Savills has confirmed that Pramerica Real Estate Investors is selling the 16,770 m2 Tour Vista office building in La Défense in Paris. The move was reported last week by PropertyEU.

Savills and CB Richard Ellis have been co-instructed to sell the building located at 52 Quai de Dion Bouton, Puteaux.

The property, which overlooks the River Seine, has 22 floors and was redeveloped in 2007. It is fully let to three international firms Eurogroup Consulting, Reed Expositions and Progress Software.

Boris Cappelle, director in the investment team at Savills Paris office, says: 'Tour Vista sits in a prime riverside location in the business centre of Paris fully let to strong tenants.'
