Pramerica appoints head of transactions in France

Pramerica Real Estate Investors has appointed Nabil Mabed as head of transactions for France.

Based in the Paris office, Mabed will be responsible for underwriting and executing new business.

Pramerica Real Estate Investors is the property investment management and advisory business of US-headquartered financial group Prudential Financial.

Mabed has seven years of real estate experience. He joins from private equity fund manager Doughty Hanson where he has worked since 2009 as senior associate in charge of origination, underwriting and closing of acquisitions in France, Benelux and southern Europe.

Earlier, Mabed spent three years as an analyst at Morgan Stanley Real Estate where he focused on acquisitions and asset management for MSREF and other special situation funds. He is a qualified civil engineer and graduated from the Ecole Centrale Paris in 2006. He is fluent in English, French and Arabic.
