Pradera has appointed Roberto Limetti as head of European property, a newly created position.
Limetti will be responsible for €1.4 bn of assets in Europe owned by three Pradera funds and separate account mandates. He is promoted with immediate effect from the role of head of Italy & Greece.
'Roberto’s promotion to the role of head of European Property is richly deserved. For more than a decade he has contributed to the growth not only of our Italian office but further afield. His wealth of expertise makes him perfectly positioned to continue to drive our ambitious expansion plans,' commented Colin Campbell, Pradera’s chairman.
Limetti became a managing director in September 2012, having served as Pradera’s head of Italy. He joined the Milan office in January 2004 as an asset manager.
