Pradera, a top retail real estate investment management specialist, says it has appointed Joëlle Yarhi as director to launch its first office presence in France.
Yarhi will be tasked with ‘unlocking value’ in the French assets held in the Pradera European Retail Parks Fund SCSp (PERP), which in 2016 acquired 17 retail parks from IKEA Centres, now Ingka Centres.

Prior to joining Pradera, Yahri headed up the transaction team at Redevco France Services, the French asset manager, where she oversaw €500 million of sales and €300 million of acquisitions. In previous roles, she worked as an asset manager at ING Real Estate Investment Management and as an investment manager at Hammerson France.

Colin Campbell, chairman, said, ‘We are delighted that Joëlle has joined Pradera to expand our activities in France.
