Alternative investment manager Pollen Street has acquired a majority stake in Iberian fintech credit and real estate platform Finsolutia.

The investment will reinforce and enhance Finsolutia growth trajectory in its technology driven core offering as well as expanding into new geographies and diversifying its customer base.

The current management stays committed to the business and will lead the new growth phase, maintaining a relevant shareholding position.

The closing is expected to happen in the coming months, following customary regulatory authorizations.
