Skanska has sold the Green Towers office complex in the Polish city of Wroclaw to a domestic institutional investor.
The investment volume comes to €64 mln.
Green Towers comprises two ten-storey buildings and a leasable area of 23,300 m2. The first building was completed in March 2012, whereas the other is scheduled for completion in January 2013, following the sale.
The buildings are fully leased to tenants including Ernst & Young, Allegro Group, Dolby, BD Europe and Medicover Group. Green Towers is Skanska's second office investment in Wroc³aw with the third, Green Day, already underway.
The first completed building has been awarded the first LEED Platinum certificate for new buildings in Poland.
