Polish developer 7R has announced the appointment of Chris Zeuner as a non-executive Director to support its ambitious growth plans for the upcoming years.
Chris Zeuner takes on this non-executive position at 7R while remaining fully committed to his current role of head of Europe at Amstar, where he is responsible for managing the company’s international platform, primarily in Central & Eastern Europe.
Prior to joining Amstar in 2017, he was head of LaSalle Investment Management’s Central European business, managing director at JER Partners and head of CEE acquisitions and business development at GE Real Estate.
7R has so far completed the development of over 400,000 m2 of class-A logistics space in Poland and has over 700,000 m2 in the pipeline.
