Some 270,000 m2 of new warehouse space was delivered in Poland in Q1 2014: three times the amount of Q4 2013, according to Colliers International.

Some 270,000 m2 of new warehouse space was delivered in Poland in Q1 2014: three times the amount of Q4 2013, according to Colliers International.

This takes the total warehouse space in Poland to just over 8 million m2. Despite the extra supply, the overall vacancy rate fell by 0.6 percentage points compared to Q4 2013, totalling 10.2 %.
