PointPark Properties has received the building permit for the development of two buildings comprising 66,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of space within its PointPark Mszczonow business park in Poland.

PointPark Properties has received the building permit for the development of two buildings comprising 66,000 m2 of space within its PointPark Mszczonow business park in Poland.

'The granting of this permit confirms that the company continues its progression across Europe,' said Ian Worboys,CEO of PointPark. 'As the business grows, we continue to look at new areas of opportunity across Poland and beyond.'

PointPark Mszczonow is a high-quality logistics park located southwest of Warsaw. On completion, the centre will provide around 310,000 m2 of logistics space.

PointPark Properties, the logistics property arm of Bahrain-based bank Arcapita, is currently active in eight European countries. The company has over 900,000 m2 of assets under management and a land bank of 610,000 m2 for further development throughout Europe.
