Plzen Plaza offers more than 110 shops as well as a 10-screen Cinema city, the Fantasy amusement park and an Albert supermarket. The Plzen Plaza also has about 700 parking places.

As a part of the construction of Plzen Plaza, an amphitheatre was reconstructed, which will be used for different cultural and sporting events. 'The retailers that we were dealing with mainly appreciated the ideal location in the centre of the city, good accessibility, very interesting concept of the project and last, but not least, the attractive tenant mix', said Michaela Zvadová, head of retail for Jones Lang Lasalle.
