Plaza Centers, a property developer focused on Central and Eastern Europe, has formally completed the handover of the Rybnik Plaza and Sosnowiec Plaza Shopping and Entertainment centres in Poland to French property company Klepierre. Both shopping malls were sold prior ro completion to Klepierre in July 2005. The centres opened last march and are fully let.

Sosnowiec Plaza is located 300 metres from the city centre of Sosnowiec and comprises 13,000 m2 of Gross Lettable Area (GLA). Rybnik Plaza is located in Rybnik's city centre and comprises 18,000 m2 of GLA. The development was the first shopping and entertainment centre in Rybnik.
