Plaza Centers has completed and opened the Rybnik Plaza shopping and entertainment centre in the southern Polish city of Rybnik. It comprises 18,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of gross lettable area and 470 parking spaces. The fully-let property was sold prior to completion to the French property group Klepierre, and the formal handover is expected to take place within the next few weeks.
