Stockholm-listed company Platzer Fastigheter has acquired an office property being developed by Skanska in the western Swedish city of Gothenburg for SEK 410 mln (€43 mln).

Platzer acquires Skanska office building in Gothenburg for €43m

The property, Piren2, is located in the centre of a technology cluster, next to Lindholmen Science Park and the Radisson Blu Riverside Hotel. 

Piren2 comprises 9,000 m2 of office space that is fully leased to Zenuity, a joint venture between Volvo Cars and Autoliv. The building is being developed by Skanska and is set to open in the spring of 2017.

The divestment will be recorded by Skanska Commercial Development Nordic in the second quarter of 2017. The transfer of the property to Platzer is scheduled for 29 September 2017.
