Dutch property investor Pinnacle has purchased Media Park in Hilversum near Amsterdam from pan-European real estate investment manager Europa Capital.
Financial details were not disclosed.
Media Park, which is 95% let, is a sginificant hub for the media industry in the Netherlands comprising 155,746 m2 of TV and radio studios, pre- and post-production facilities, offices and storage space.
CBRE represented Europa Capital on the sale.
