Arcapita's logistics property arm Pinnacle has announced the leasing of 1,500 m[sup]2[/sup] of logistics space in its PointPark Mszczonow centre to Jeronimo Martins Distribution. JMD is the owner of Poland's largest retail store chain and is part of the Portuguese Jeronimo Martins Group.
Arcapita's logistics property arm Pinnacle has announced the leasing of 1,500 m2 of logistics space in its PointPark Mszczonow centre to Jeronimo Martins Distribution. JMD is the owner of Poland's largest retail store chain and is part of the Portuguese Jeronimo Martins Group.
As part of JMD's expansion in Mszczonow, the company has leased part of the building DC3 in PointPark Mszczonow, one of the largest logistic centres in Central and Eastern Europe. Currently, the park includes 96,600 m2 of warehouse space, with potential for the development of a further 213,000 m2.
'We are glad that JMD has decided to continue the cooperation with Pinnacle by signing this second lease agreement,' said Craig Maguire, country manager of Pinnacle Poland.
Currently, PointPark Mszczonow has four tenants leasing a total of 50,000 m2 of warehouse space.
