Dutch investor PingProperties has sold its Tango portfolio to a non-Dutch institutional investor.
Financial details were not disclosed.
The portfolio consists of nine high-quality office schemes amounting to 60,000 m2. They are all located throughout the Netherlands, in the cities of Maastricht, Eindhoven, Den Bosch, Arnhem and Zwolle.
PingProperties acquired this portfolio in 2010. The company optimised it throgh an active asset management programme, renewing leases before the sale.
Savills and DLA advised PingProperties in the transaction.
