The transaction price was not disclosed. Ping bought the asset in July 2015 and sustainably transformed the 6,333 m2 office property, laid over four floors, attracting two new tenants.

The Dutch School for Business and Society (TIAS) has leased a total of 2,505 m2 of office space and training facilities, as well as 26 parking spaces. The Dutch General Union of Educational Personnel (Aob) has leased a total of 3,828 m2 of office space and 10 parking spaces.

Ping said that the property's energy label has been improved from G to A while preserving its facade.
