Russian developer PIK Group has taken control of a land plot to the west of Moscow for the development of a 52,800 m2 business park.
Russian developer PIK Group has taken control of a land plot to the west of Moscow for the development of a 52,800 m2 business park.
In a statement, the company said it is teaming up with investor Central Properties to develop the scheme on a 2.3-hectare former industrial zone on Zarechnaya Street, close to the Moscow River.
PIK Group will own 74% of the complex, which will have social facilities and retail infrastructure, including stores, services, underground parking for 250 cars and recreational zones.
The two companies will start working on the scheme in early 2014.
