Russian real estate developer PIK-Group has announced the appointment of Vladislav Mamulkin as chairman of the board of directors.
Mamulkin has been a member of PIK Group's board since June 2011. He is currently managing director of the Moscow representative office of Nafta Moskva, prior to which he was managing director at Alfa Capital Partners.
