Russian property developer PIK Group announced on Tuesday that it has completed the construction of the Kope Tower in Khimki, near Moscow. Construction of the 25-floor building started in Autumn 2007 and was completed within seven months.
Russian property developer PIK Group announced on Tuesday that it has completed the construction of the Kope Tower in Khimki, near Moscow. Construction of the 25-floor building started in Autumn 2007 and was completed within seven months.
The new building covers an area of approximately 11,600 m2, with each floor containing between six to seven apartments of different sizes. PIK said that this project design will be used at a number of existing residential developments, including the Yaroslavski in Mytischi, near Moscow, and the Novokurkino in Khimki. The investment amount for this project was not disclosed.
Founded in 1994, PIK is listed on the London Stock Exchange as well as the RTS and MICEX exchanges in Russia. Its revenue rose by 75% in 2007 reaching $2.7bn. According to CBRE, the combined market value of the group's properties is $12.3bn.
