UK REIT Picton has announced the appointment of Saira Johnston to the board and as Chief Financial Officer, effective 1 April 2024.
Johnston will replace Andrew Dewhirst who will retire at the end of March 2024.
Johnston has spent over 20 years working in the real estate sector where she has held senior finance positions,most recently as CFO of Gravis Capital Management Limited, which has an established business of managing listed real estate and infrastructure assets.
Previous roles were at Moorfield Group, CBRE Global Investors/ING Real Estateand Morgan Stanley Real EstateFunds.
Established in 2005, Picton owns and actively manages a £761 mln diversified UK commercial property portfolio, invested across 49 assets and with around 400 occupiers.
